How do I book a consultation?To book an initial consultation with Charli B. Luxury, please visit our website and select the “Contact” option from the quick menu. Once you have accessed the contact page, please complete the fillable form in its entirety and a member of the creative team will be in touch with you to arrange the consultation.

What if I need a service I don't see listed?No problem! At Charli B. Luxury, we are always happy to customize our services to fit the needs of each of our customers. If you need a service that is not listed on our website, please contact us directly at info@charlibluxury.com. We will be happy to discuss how we can make it happen.

Do you offer flexible payment options for my event?Absolutely! We understand that planning an event involves managing a budget. We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. However, please take note of the following payment requirements: -Upon signing the contract a non-refundable design fee is due. This fee secures our services for your event. This payment must be finalized at the same time you sign the contract to secure your date. -For larger events, such as the lavish experience, a 25% deposit is required upon signing the design contract. This deposit is necessary to secure our services and initiate the planning process for your event. -Events booked less than 30 days out require the full payment due at the time of signing the contract. This ensures that we have sufficient time to prepare and source the necessities for your event.

Refunds, Cancellations, and ReschedulingWhile we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your event. We value our clients and strive to accommodate their needs to the best of our ability. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible. We take each circumstance into careful consideration and approach rescheduling on an individual basis. Please note that rescheduling is subject to the availability of our designers and the new date selected must be accommodating to our schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
