  • Allergy Notice: This installation includes latex balloons. We care about your guests—however we are not responsible for latex or related allergies to balloons. We also offer Mylar-only installations at variable prices points. 

     

    Delivery Window: Will be arranged with client the evening before the event. Arrival may be within a one hour time frame.

     

    Setup Time: Varies based on complexity of event.

     

    Safety Notice: We use a spray to enhance the shine of the balloons, which may make surfaces slippery. While we will make every effort to clean the area, we are not responsible for any falls or injuries.

     

    Strike Fee: Refers to the breakdown process at the end on an event. 20% strike fee applies. CBL will return with 24 hours to retain any equipment  or props used as mechanics for the event design. 

     

    Payment Policy: with the exception of the design/planning fee and deposit, payments are refundable up to 90 days before an event. Any event scheduled within 90 days is non- refundable. All payments must be settled in full 72 hours prior to event date. Events scheduled less than 7 days in advance are required to be paid in full. We’re happy to discuss changes to the date or venue. Adjustments to pricing may apply based on additional elements added to the design as discussed between the client and CBL.

     

    Change Policy: Any changes to colors or structure must be made at least 72 hours before delivery for balloon installations and 4 weeks for large celebrations 

     

    Outdoor Installation Notice: For outdoor events, CBL will make every effort to ensure the balloons, props, and other materials  are securely structured. However, we cannot be held responsible for weather-related changes

     

    Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

     

    Rentals: All equipment, props, materials are rentals provided by Charli B. Luxury remain the property of Charli B. Luxury and are not to be retained by the client at the conclusion of an event or rental period. This includes but is not limited to table settings vases, balloons, balloons stands, uprights, props, furniture, backdrops, lighting, audio-visual equipment, etc.

     

    Customized photo backdrops are the sole exception to this rule and are the property of the client upon completion of the purchase.

     

    Service Fee: Our 20% service fee helps cover all the prep work, design, and behind-the-scenes effort that go into making your event amazing.

     

    Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order or scheduling a service, you accept these term in full.
